One of the most iconic designs of Tim Haywood, M/Y Pelorus is still considered one of the most beautiful and elegant yachts ever built. She features unique exterior deck solutions such as the top-deck lido with two swimming pools and the vast sea-level platform that is created by opening the transom.

Aqualuce was responsible for the complete exterior lighting design overview during the refit works in 2011/2012. The brief was to create the design solutions that would keep strong identity and elegance of the profile lines during the night-time. It was probably one of the most challenging refit works Aqualuce was responsible for, considering the amount of lighting detail that required integration into the structure, like profile or mullions. The results proved that even the most complicated designs are possible only if taken as a joint adventure between designers, Yard, and relevant contractors.
