Built over eight decks for Microsoft co-founder, the late Paul Allen, M/Y Octopus is, to this day, considered the world’s largest explorer superyacht and one of the most iconic yachts ever built.

She features a private Owner’s deck, 26 guests accommodated in 13 staterooms, 30 crew cabins, numerous entertainment facilities. She has several bars and lounges, a library, a cinema theatre, a gym/spa, and a hospital, to name a few. In addition, there is a basketball court, a complete pool deck, and a recording studio with ocean views.

She is fully equipped for exploration and long research trips with two submersibles, an ROV, two helipads, storage for seven tenders, two helicopters, large SUV, dive centre and hyperbaric chamber.

Aqualuce was responsible for overall Interior and Exterior Lighting and Control from design to her delivery. A unique design experience and key point in Aqualuce development.
